Quality Assurance

All Thyracont products are developed, manufactured and calibrated in Germany. Sophisticated test procedures assure that the measurement and control instruments meet highest demands in terms of long lifetime, reliability and precision.

For all Thyracont gauges works calibration certificates can be provided. Both certificates are traceable to national DAkkS standards (German National Calibration Laboratory).

DAkkS calibrations are also optionally available.

Calibration Certificates

On request we offer various calibrations for Thyracont vacuum instruments:

  • Works calibration: Check of 4 reference points per pressure decade, traceable to national DAkks standards
  • DAkkS calibration

Our Certificates

In the context of different certification procedures our vacuum measuring instruments were examined and could convince by its high quality and reliability.

  • EMV AEO-F – Authorised economic operator

    The certificate, recognized also beyond the borders of the European Union, is a high quality feature for companies and is an essential element of the EU security concept. In order to obtain this status, the company had to explain its organizational and process structures. Furthermore, the solvency and creditworthiness, precautions to avoid risks, the organization of export controls and compliance with prescribed safety standards were examined. This was done and verified during an audit by the Principal Customs Office.

  • EMV Directive

    Thyracont products are in full compliance with European standards for electromagnetic compatibility EN 61326-1: 2006.

  • Security directives for electronic measurement, control and laboratory instruments

    The examination according to DIN EN 61010-1:2002 guarantees the handling security of our vacuum indicators and controllers in compliance with safety regulation DIN VDE0411.

  • UL Certification (cCSAus)

    Certification mark of the Canadian testing laboratory for electronic products, supplied to USA or Canada.

  • CE-Mark

    Our products in compliance with the valid European guidelines for equipment safety.
