Challenge
The correct functioning of the packing machine must be checked regularly. Quality, freshness, nutrients and taste can only be fully preserved if the vacuum is sufficient.
Solution
A battery-operated VD81 is inserted into the packing machine at set intervals and vacuum-sealed and shrink-wrapped in place of the product. During this process it stores the minimum pressure reached. Once the device has been removed from the packaging, the minimum pressure can be read-out and checked.
