Annual calibration – including adjustment if required – documents the condition of your measuring devices and supports your quality management system.
Possible measurement deviations caused by contamination or wear are detected before they can compromise process reliability. In addition, suitable protective measures for your instruments can be derived.
Our Calibration Process – Reliable and Traceable
Each Thyracont gauge is individually temperature-compensated using a specially developed 4-point calibration method. For maximum precision, adjustment is performed using DAkkS-calibrated standards, followed by a final verification test.
During recalibration, any measurement deviations are documented and, if necessary, corrected by readjustment so that the deviations are ideally back within the specified tolerance range.

- Factory Calibration – Verification at four reference points per pressure decade, traceable to national DAkkS standards
- DAkkS Calibration – For maximum precision, traceability, and international comparability
